Spiral Step Ups

Start at the bottom.

Apply tension and raise the hip of the elevated leg.

Maintain anterior pelvic tilt and hip position as you step up all the way to a knee tuck.

As the knee comes up there is a switch and the right hip rises up. Feel this.

Reset. Repeat.
