Recommended Beverages
Here is a quick checklist of beverages we recommend to consume to natural hydrate your tissues.
Juiced Celery
This can be juiced on it’s own or added with parsley and lemon. This means JUICED. Not blended. That means no pulp. We are extracting the water out of the stalk.

Juiced Carrots
Simple as that. Skin the carrots. Juice them and enjoy. Don’t have too much because there is a lot of sugar. I like one glass a week or two.

Raw Egg
Egg eaten with other things will help weight gain. Eggs eaten by themselves will help weight loss.
Naturally Sparkling Water
Gerolsteiner or The Well (Armenian) are good brands but you need to read specifically for NATURALLY sparkling. Many add the carbonation artificially.
Be sure that your water source (still or sparkling) is natural. I could give you the science of why, but common sense should suffice. Nature is perfect by design. When humans diddle with things, such as making dams and old copper pipes, adding carbonation and chemical treatments (chlorine, fluoride), it tends to be less perfect. Expensive home filtration systems aren’t as good as the marketing suggests, and some are a money-making scam. Ditto pH 8/9 waters, which are harmful and don’t reflect how the acid/alkaline system works. Single-use bottles are a scourge. Find natural water sources.
