The Tree

World-Class Talent, Elite Physique, and Effortless Athleticism. How?

Using Nature's blueprint, we treat the root cause of optimal performance by reverse-engineering world-class talent. An ever evolving framework that tosses out assumption and industry bias, cuts through bureaucracy and politics, and hones in on what illustrates undeniable proof of work on the pitch.

The Way:

Foster The Inner Furnace.

The Performance Matrix

Let the Game Mold you.

This is the Way of the Natural.

Nature's blueprint hiding in plain sight.

Below is what I call The Tree (Nature's blueprint). It is simply how I organize and structure all the information I work with into understandable concepts. Some areas of the map are well-explored while others are untapped.

The Map is never finished and we continue to expand our horizons and add new pieces to the puzzle we call world class performance. Look below the Tree for the Three Pillars.

The Tree

The Three Pillars

The Inner Furnace

Health is more than just calories. The body is more than just carbs, fats, and proteins. You can go all the way down to electrons or even farther to pure light and consciousness. Whatever you lean towards, understand that there is much more to optimal health and recovery than just what the nutrition label says on the back of your processed foods.

The mitochondria produce their own extreme low-frequency ultraviolet light (ELF-UV) to communicate to other mitochondria. This is a fire inside of you that can be fostered or put out depending on your physical and mental environment.

Mitochondria

We must go to the cellular level to understand the Inner Furnace. It revolves around the mitochondria which many call the powerhouse of the human cell. What is not taught is how the performance of your mitochondria is controlled by your environment (which includes much more than you might think).

The best way to think about it is to imagine a car. Food is the fuel and mitochondria is the engine. What is more effective? The best gasoline or a tuned-up engine? It doesn't matter what kind of fuel you have if your engine is broken down and rusty. This will make many food gurus angry.

"Without healthy mitochondria, your blood and organs are not able to magnetically connect to hormones, etc and bring them to where they need to go, in other words, to function" Dr. Jack Kruse

By optimizing your mitochondria, you improve your redox. Your redox is how well your mitochondria can carry out the functions necessary to live. Your redox is how well your engine operates.

"Redox is a function of how well we are able to turn the two sources of energy on this planet into DC current" Dr. Jack Kruse

Whether directly or indirectly, all top footballers have extremely well-functioning mitochondria. This means their redox is extremely efficient.

There are three levers that control the performance of your mitochondria. You will learn how everything in our world falls under these three levers and usually involves all three.

Light controls and dictates every biological function in your body. You have 4 light receptors in your body: Skin, Gut, Eye, and Lungs. You could literally not live without it.

Water in the body creates something called an Exclusion Zone (also known as structured water) This is the 4th phase of water coined by Dr. Gerald Pollock. The mitochondrial matrix requires well-structured water to function optimally. Light imprints water with information.

Magnetism is invisible and a concept most do not understand. Electrons, Protons, and Neutrons: the makings of an atom. It is what all of human life boils down to. The Earth emits a magnetic field called the Schumann resonance.

Light, Water, and Magnetism act as the three-legged stool controlling life as coined by Dr. Jack Kruse.

"The cosmic wand is light. Water is its canvas. Magnetism organizes the whole interaction between Light and Water. Magnetism is based in the mitochondria" Dr. Jack Kruse

The Performance Matrix

Something inside. The function. The root cause. That from which all else flows. To be built different is an interconnectedness strolling under the skin hiding in plain sight.

You can never be inside my body feeling what I feel when I move, run, or jump. I can never be inside yours.

We are all from the same blueprint yet are different. Molded by our environments, positively or negatively. The human body only knows what you give it.

It is a multi-dimensional being. Most trainers treat the body with myopic single layer thinking. Nature loves to hide great complexity within simplicity.

What is the human body?

In its most obvious terms, there is a head, two arms, two legs, and a torso. A level deeper, you could talk about skin, bones, nails, hair, fascia, tendons, ligaments. Even further you can list off organs, spinal junctures, parts of the brain, nerves, etc. You can go even farther delving into the fields of biochemistry, biophysics, and quantum biology.

The human body is both simple and infinitely complex. Your perspective dictates what you see. This is how Nature operates. She hides her jewels in plain sight, hidden under the guise of simplicity.

Consider the fact that modern science is founded upon the study of corpses not living human bodies, because how do you study the inner workings of a living human without altering the internal process itself? How do you dissect a live human body without harming it and therefore altering the outcome of your study?

A dead body will not operate like that of a living one.

“Anatomy is one of the oldest branches in medicine. It is a branch of science that deals with the study of human or animal form, by observing or examining living beings, dissecting of dead specimens, and examining them microscopically. The term anatomy comes from the Greek word anatome which means ‘dissection’, and logos which stands for ‘study of’, hence the “study of dissection” (Source)

Conundrums like this is why you must take what you hear from mainstream science with a large grain of salt and keep an open mind to alternative possibilities.

In science, the term observer effect refers to changes that the act of observation will make on a phenomenon being observed. This is often the result of instruments that, by necessity, alter the state of what they measure in some manner.

A question that modern medicine has a yet to proficiently answer, why can two people do the same exercise and feel two totally different sensations?

This question fueled my research for many years. It created the impetus for the concept I now call the performance matrix.

Some interpret this as something spiritual or mental, and while the performance matrix certainly has relevant implications to the mind, we are discussing something physical. We are looking into the connective tissue of the body.

We are developing world class bones, tendons, fascia, ligaments. We are delving into the pyroelectric materials of the body. The Performance Matrix dives into topological phases of matter.

Fascia is the rope of your web-like tensegrity model. It requires proper organization and stimulation to be fully functional.

Dr. Jack Kruse

The Body Electric

We are talking about why World Class footballers are literally built different.

The performance matrix gives validity to the idea that top players are cut from a different cloth. Conventional Experts might just refer to this as good genetics or god-given talent.

When you understand the Entangled Nature of sport, you will know that this is only one piece of the puzzle. You will know that you are not a slave to what you are born with. You will know the truth that the default state of the human body is that of buoyant health and effortless athleticism. It is in your hands to foster, build, and mold your body.

The foundation (of athleticism) is built in the first two years of life” - Christian Thibaudeau

From birth, the signs are there.

The fascial tensioning of the curled toes in babies. The natural mobility of young kids as they run and jump on the playground. The almost tireless spring you see in young children. Many of these things are lost as one ages in modern society. An unimpeded environment allows what I call the Natural to prosper and become a top athlete while others falter.

Baby Feet

"The muscle-bone concept presented in standard anatomical description gives a purely mechanical model of movement. It separates movement into discrete functions, failing to give a picture of the seamless integration seen in a living body. When one part moves, the body as a whole responds. Functionally, the only tissue that can mediate such responsiveness is the connective tissue."

Schultz, Feitis – The Endless Web

The building blocks of the performance matrix reside in all of us.

In some it is alive and well; while in others, it is dormant and asleep. The human body is all-powerful on it’s own. It is only in modern society, we are made to believe it is weak and in need of constant external help. The Performance Matrix is a process of true transformation like no other. This is permanent change that optimizes every system of the body. A rising tide lifts all boats.

The Game

Have you thought about the Game you play? What is it really?

It’s something we take for granted. A ball and two goals. That’s it. That’s all it is. 1v1, 2v2, and all the way to 11v11. Set up the boundaries and go! The freedom to do whatever you can (within reason) to get the ball past the other team and into the other goal. The possibility of the unknown happening at a moment’s notice.

Infinite complexity hidden within simplicity

Just like the body, the simplicity of the game hides great sophistication impossible to imitate or recreate. No trainer or drill can do what the Game is going to provide.

There are thousands of different variables continually changing faster than you can imagine. All of which is demanding your brain to record and then actively make thousands if not millions of micro decisions rapidly.

The Game is Organized Chaos

It is testing your body at thousands of angles impossible to reimagine in the gym or any drill. The up and back, the side to side, the tackles, the jumps, the passes, the shots, and all the rest.

All of this is happening according to the speed and impulse of your competitors. The yelling and talking of every player influences every single person’s decision-making in every moment.

The "skatepark" for soccer. A place of rapid progression and learning, repetition of mistakes and overcoming obstacles. Varying levels of skill all surrounding each other. The sport teaches you what to do... (Daniel Coyle, The Talent Code)

The Individual Player is a Pandora’s box

What about the mental and physical state of each player?

It’s well documented your performance and decision-making is greatly controlled by merely your state of mind. As your state of mind is both your conscious and unconscious, this takes into account everything in your whole life, past, present, and future.

You can rewind every single moment in a player’s life influencing their mental point of origin and every corresponding decision. What kind of stress off the field is going to affect how well the brain is thinking through decisions or how well are tendons and fascia going to absorb and distribute force.

How did your parents care for you as a child? What kind of memories do you have? From the moment you’ve left the womb, every moment has made who you are now (some would argue even before).

There are infinite variables to what we call the Game. There is no replacement.

There is no machine that can replace the demands of the Game. It is where top players are made. It is where they are molded by the organized chaos.

When the Inner Furnace and are properly functioning then the body will respond like Nature designed and become molded accordingly.

“The best of the best (athletes) had a lot more non-structured play during their childhood” - Christian Thibaudeau

When the first two towers are not functioning properly then the body will adapt poor strategies to cope and keep you alive. There is a big gap between being alive and performing as a world class footballer. Survival is the brain's foremost concern and will sacrifice speed, power, and strength on the pitch to accomplish whatever it interprets as safety.

Trying to compete in the Game ill-prepared leads to injuries, poor performance, lackluster athletic development, and ultimately an early retirement.

What is it not?

It’s not doing drills with no pressure from a live opponent. It is not a few passes around some cones and then you shoot past a mannequin. It is not endlessly doing ball mastery drills. It is not hitting the gym week after week to build bigger muscles.

Top players were not built with these modern methods. You can sharpen your skills with basic drills here and there all you want, but they will not achieve the transformational effects necessary to become a world class footballer.
